Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any individual classes or packages from Marpole Retreats, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions on the policies please don't hesitate contact us. 

Payments

All payments must be made in full before using our services or facilities.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. However, if Marpole Retreats cancels a class you’ve booked, we will offer a free transfer to another session or a refund if no alternative is suitable.

Membership Subscription Terms

Memberships provide access to classes and are billed periodically (e.g., monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

If you cancel mid-cycle, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the billing period. Membership prices may change with at least 10 days' notice, and the new rate will apply to your next billing cycle.

Memberships are non-transferable, and sharing login credentials is prohibited. Marpole Retreats reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Inclusions

We offer a variety of packages to suit your needs. Please refer to the individual package descriptions for full details on what’s included.

Health and Safety

At Marpole Retreats, all classes and workshops are designed to challenge you mentally and physically. They are suitable for individuals in good physical and mental health. If you have an injury or medical condition, you may still be able to participate with appropriate modifications—please contact us for guidance.

We kindly ask all participants to inform us of any chronic or acute injuries, medical conditions, or mental health considerations before booking. If such information is not disclosed and difficulties arise during a session, we may ask you to leave for your safety and the harmony of the group. Unfortunately, refunds will not be provided in these cases.

We encourage all participants to listen to their bodies, honor their limitations, and stop if they experience pain or discomfort during any practice.

Pregnancy Policy

For safety reasons, we cannot admit clients who are pregnant to regular classes unless they sign a pregnancy waiver. This waiver acknowledges the risks and confirms approval from a medical professional.

Unless specified, our teachers are not trained to provide specialized advice for pregnancy, and our group classes are not tailored to individual needs. If you have an existing practice and understand how to adapt it for pregnancy, you are welcome to join after signing the waiver.

Third-Party Suppliers

Marpole Retreats collaborates with wellness providers, activity leaders, and other independent parties (“Third-Party Suppliers”) to enhance your experience. While we carefully select our partners, Marpole Retreats is not responsible for their actions or omissions.

Liability

You agree that Marpole Retreats and its representatives, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct or indirect injuries, damages, or losses arising from:

  1. The actions of Third-Party Suppliers.

  2. The negligence of Marpole Retreats or its representatives.

  3. Loft, damaged or stolen personal property.

  4. Unforeseen events beyond our control.

Photography and Marketing

While at Marpole Retreats, photos or videos may be taken by our staff and third-party suppliers that include you. By participating, you grant us permission to use these images for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Photography and filming is not permitted by customers.

Privacy Policy

Marpole Retreats collects personal information to operate our services and send you relevant offers. This information may be shared with trusted partners to facilitate our operations but will never be sold or traded.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in our emails.

We may release your information if required by law or to protect the safety of others. Non-personally identifiable information may be used for analytics and marketing purposes.

Behaviour Policy

Marpole Retreats reserves the right to ask any participant to leave, without refund, if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to others, either mentally or physically.

Participation Liability and Waiver

By participating in Marpole Retreats classes, workshops, or events, you acknowledge the following:

  • You understand that these activities may involve physical exertion and risks of injury.

  • You are solely responsible for consulting a medical professional before participating.

  • You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained during participation.
